DESIGN CONSULTATION

Design consultations consist of a one hour onsite meeting with our Director, Gerrad Everson, to discuss the potential of your site / existing garden & provide you with ideas & advice to develop the gardens at your own leisure.

GARDEN DESIGN

Upon making an enquiry with Octopus Garden Design, we will arrange a short meeting with you on site to establish a design brief & learn what you are looking to achieve in the garden & how to maximise its potential.

Following the meeting, a design proposal outlining all fees involved to document your new garden will be provided. Fees for any necessary consultants can also be provided such as for a Surveyor, Arborist or Engineer.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Upon approval, we will measure & analyse your site to provide a highly detailed base drawing to begin our concept design of your new garden.

The concept design stage provides initial ideas for the garden such as layout of lawns, garden beds, paving, pools, barbecues, decking, lighting & plant selection as necessary.

The drawings are then presented & explained in further detail. Through discussion, any amendments are noted & changed as necessary.

MASTER PLAN

Depending on the scale of the project, further drawings may be required for construction purposes. Site sections, street elevations, water features, pergolas, fences, gates, swimming pools & retaining walls can be detailed to ensure a smooth transition to building the garden.

CONSTRUCTION

We have a network of contractors & consultants throughout the Central Coast, Newcastle & Port Stephens areas that can provide quotations to complete all aspects of your new garden.

We can also oversee the construction phase via regular site visits & resolve any site issues to ensure a high quality finish. We can supply plants at discounted prices & source feature items such as garden lights, pots, water features, sculptures & furniture.
